Iran: Police Arrest Dogs

It is not a joke. According to BBC Persian and a couple of other news sites, Iranian police,in Tehran,arrested several dogs just because they are dogs!Pet owners are shocked! All arrested dogs are kept in a same place in a terrible conditions.They lack food and water.Most of these dogs are small ones.Well Iranian police now attack dogs!Whatelse!
